Ingredients
Grapes – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Water – 3 cups
Yeast – ¼ teaspoon

Method
In brief, a large bowl combine sugar and water. Stir until dissolved. Furthermore, add yeast and stir again. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 24 hours. After 24 hours add grape juice and mix well. Let ferment for 7 days. Strain out solids and bottle.

This recipe uses fresh grape juice and sugar.
Additionally, if you use bottled grape juice, you will need to reduce the amount of sugar by half. You can also substitute white wine for the grape juice.
