9. Store & Sales Terms

9.1 Free Signup & Store Setup
Signup and store setup are provided free of charge to all farmers and store owners. There are no monthly fees for maintaining a store on Aus Crops.

9.2 Sales Commission

• Organic farmers: 9% commission per sale.
• Conventional (non-organic) farmers: 12% commission per sale.

Commission fees are deducted automatically from the payout for each transaction.

9.3 Product Restrictions
Auscrops is licensed only for crop-based products. No animal-based products (including meat, dairy, eggs, etc.) may be listed for sale. Products breaching this rule will be immediately removed, and repeat violations may result in account suspension or closure.

9.4 Product Ownership
All products listed remain the property of the respective farmers and store owners until sold. Aus Crops acts purely as a marketplace facilitator.

9.5 Farmer Responsibilities
Farmers and store owners are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing, quality, and fulfillment of sales. Aus Crops accepts no liability for products sold.

10. General

10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
10.2 Any disputes arising will be handled exclusively by the courts of Queensland.
10.3 Aus Crops may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
