Green Long Chili

Green long chilis are packed with vitamins and minerals that will keep you healthy. They’re also delicious and easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
We use organic ingredients whenever possible. Our chili powder contains no artificial colors or flavors. Made with real cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds, black pepper, and other spices.

Green long chili peppers (or Anaheim)
Green long chili peppers are rich in vitamins A, C, E and K, as well as fiber, protein, potassium, copper, manganese, folate, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, thiamine, and vitamin B6. They also contain lutein, zeaxanthin, beta carotene, and lycopene.

Salt
Add some salt and pepper to your life by using these healthy spices.

Olive oil
In brief, you can use olive oil as a cooking medium, salad dressing, or even a moisturizer. Been used for thousands of years and is one of the oldest known oils.

Directions:
Finally, add 1/2 cup of chopped onion to a large pot. Sauté until translucent. Add 2 cloves garlic, minced. Cook for another minute. Add 3 cups of diced tomatoes (or tomato sauce). Stir well. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
