Oyster Mushrooms Soup Recipe

The oyster mushroom is a type of fungus that grows on dead wood in forests. It has a firm texture and a mild flavor. It is often used in Asian cuisine.

This recipe uses them as an ingredient in a soup that will make any meal taste better.
In this recipe, you will use oyster mushrooms to make a simple soup with garlic, onion, and soy sauce. You will also add some other ingredients to give the soup more flavor.

Clean the oysters thoroughly.
Wash the oysters under running water until no sand remains. Remove any visible dirt or debris by scraping them gently with a paring knife.

Slice the oysters into small pieces.
Additionally, place the sliced oysters in a large bowl. In brief, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Chop the onion finely.
Heat the olive oil in a medium pot over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the chopped oyster mushrooms and continue cooking until tender, about 8 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Heat up some oil in a pan.
You can use any type of mushroom you like, but I prefer oysters because they have a nice texture and taste. If you are not familiar with them, try them out!
