Tofu is made by curdling soy milk. The curds are then pressed into blocks that look like firm tofu. Tofu is made from soybeans and has a mild flavor. It’s a good source of protein and fiber. It’s also low in fat and cholesterol.

This recipe uses tofu as an ingredient in a stir fry dish.
You can use any type of tofu in this recipe. Firm tofu works well because it holds up better than extra soft tofu when cooked.

Put the tofu in a bowl with 1/2 cup water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Drain off the liquid. Add 2 tablespoons oil to the tofu. Mix together until the tofu coated.

Heat oil in wok or skillet over medium heat.
This recipe makes one serving. You can double or triple the ingredients to make more servings.
