  5. Add some salt to taste and a tablespoon of jaggery or brown sugar to balance the tanginess of the tomatoes.
  6. Mix everything together and turn off the heat. Let the mixture cool down for a few minutes.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend it into a smooth paste.
