Banana Bread Recipe Ingredients: 1 cup flour 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup oil 4 eggs 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ripe banana Preheat oven to 176 degrees C. Grease an 8×8 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, oil, eggs, baking soda, salt, and vanilla. Mash the bananas in a small bowl. Add the mashed bananas to the dry mixture and stir until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing.

This delicious banana bread recipe has just three ingredients: flour, sugar, and oil. You can use any type of flour you prefer, such as whole wheat or white. If you want to add some extra flavor, try adding spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or ginger.

Bake at 176 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Add eggs, oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.

Fold in the mashed bananas. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 176 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Let cool completely before frosting. Frost cooled cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

To make the Cream Cheese Frosting, combine cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and milk in a bowl. Beat well until smooth. Spread evenly over top of cooled cake. Garnish with sliced almonds.
