Types of Dry Fruit

Dry fruits are an excellent source of fiber and nutrients that will keep you feeling full between meals. They’re also great for snacking on when you need something sweet without having to reach for a candy bar.

Almonds
There are seven main categories of dry fruit, each with its own unique nutritional profile. Here’s what you should know about them:

Walnut

Apricots
Apricots and figs are both high in fiber and low in calories. They also contain vitamin A, potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, manganese, and zinc. However, apricots are higher in antioxidants than figs.

Bananas
Both bananas and apples are good sources of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. However, bananas are lower in fat and calories than apples.

Bananas contain more potassium than strawberries, while strawberries contain more vitamin C than bananas.

Blueberries
Both blueberries and strawberries are high in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins A and C. However, blueberries also contain higher levels of iron and magnesium than strawberries.
