Lady finger bananas are a cross between a banana and a plantain. They’re very similar to plantains in appearance, texture, and taste. However, they’re much easier to find than plantains. You can buy lady fingers bananas online or at Asian grocery stores. If you can’t find them, you can substitute regular bananas.

Fold in the banana slices.

Finally, to make these banana pancakes, start by slicing the bananas into thin rounds. Then fold each slice in half lengthwise. Next, cut each piece in half again, making four pieces total. Finally, place the banana slices onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the banana slices for 15 minutes at 176 degrees Celcius.
