Start by combining equal parts white wine vinegar and water in a small bowl. Add 1/4 cup of sugar and stir until dissolved. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before using.

  • A measuring jug
  • A strainer
  • A clean glass jar

1. Put the pan on medium heat and add the vinegar mixture. Stir well.

3. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Pour into the jar. Cover tightly and store in a dark place for up to 6 months.
